Today special session, By a vote of 84 to 33, the House has passed SB 2A / HB 1A which will make great strides in providing litigation reform for Florida policy holders on matter such as AOB's and arbitration and litigations costs .Thank you to Speaker Paul Renner, Representative Leek, and Representative Rommel for their focus on protecting Florida’s homeowners and fighting on behalf of consumers. The bills currently on its way to Governor Ron DeSantis for signing.
